Ein Schwerpunkt lag hierbei auf der effizienten Grundrissgestaltung, um die höchstmögliche Anzahl an Wohneinheiten ohne Qualitätsverlust zu realisieren.

This project involves the conversion and expansion of a previously unused attic level into high-quality residential living space.
